Frequent Diner Registration

Our Frequent Diner Club is our way of saying “Thank you” to our loyal dining friends. By joining our club you earn points each time you dine or drink at Carrol's Creek. In addition, you will receive notification of special events and dining offers.

It is easy (and FREE) to join. Simply print out the Frequent Diner Club form below, fill it out, and bring it in when you come to Carrol's Creek. As a new Frequent Diner, you will receive a Frequent Diner Club card and immediately earn 50 points on your card. Each time you dine or drink at Carrol's Creek simply present your card to your server and you will earn points. One point will be given for each dollar spent. Points may not accumulated or redeemed for special events, wine dinners, or any contracted or private dining. The value of each point is $0.10 to be redeemed at Carrol's Creek for food and beverages. Service gratuity is the responsibility of the customer.
