After months of planning, research, training and testing, our kitchen and menu recently passed the rigorous inspection process required to achieve the coveted nut-free certification from Kitchens with Confidence by MenuTrinfo, a national leader in auditing food service and processing facilities for allergens. We are proud to be the first fine dining restaurant in the country to obtain this certification. This is the first step in making Carrol’s Creek a 100% tree nut and peanut free facility. We are currently working on making our bar beverages nut-free as well.
In order to maintain this certification we unfortunately are not able to allow any food items to be brought in by our guests and consumed in the restaurant. This will include all types of cakes or any other desserts. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
At this time we are only peanut and tree nut free. Other allergens such as Gluten, Sesame, Fish, Shellfish, Milk, Wheat and Soy are present in the restaurant.
